Ingredients - Organic Wheat Berries (50% Hard Red Wheat, 50% Hard White Wheat), Gravity Filtered Water, Sourdough Starter, Organic Kalamata Olives, Organic Parmesan, Organic Basil, Organic Rice flour, Sea Salt

Macronutrients -  Fiber, Iron, Zinc, Magnesium, Potassium, Healthy Fats, Antioxidants, Vitamin E, B1 (Thiamin), B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin), B6, Folate B9. All these vitamins and minerals are naturally concentrated in the wheat grain itself. 

Keeping sourdough fresh

To guarantee freshness that lasts keep your loaf in some kind of bag; plastic, bees wax, silicone or the bag provided. It will stay good on the counter for up to 6 days before it will start to mold. If you do not think you will finish the loaf in 6 days cut the loaf in half, slice that half and put in the freezer bag. To refresh take slice out of the freezer and put it right into the toaster or in the oven on boil. It will come just as fresh as you put it in the freezer!

DELIVERY & RETURNS

We deliver right to your door on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We bake every loaf fresh the day we deliver. Pick a day and time that works for you best and we will text you with a more precise time for when we will arrive the day before.

At this time, we do not offer returns, due to amount of time and effort that goes into each individual loaf. Choose your loaf carefully to ensure you will fully enjoy it.
